The restaurant
Taken over in 2024 by Alain, Lionel and Thierry, the former “Chez Titine” becomes “MAÂ GUINGUETTE”, a restaurant ideally located on the beach of Moliets and Maâ.
The trio of friends, from the same training and attached to the South-West, keen to offer an intergenerational place, accessible to all, wanted to create a friendly place where families and friends feel “at home”.
Lovers of good food, the chef offers you a menu of homemade dishes, with market products. You will also love the proposals cooked on the braziers: a spectacle for the eyes and a delight for your palate. All at prices accessible to all!
And if you like to admire magical sunsets, you can order a pizza or a takeaway formula, to be enjoyed comfortably seated in the sand facing the Ocean.
Lionel, the Chef
Lionel shares his love of cooking at the controls of the MAÂ GUINGUETTE restaurant, and during the school season, as a teacher at the Lycée Hôtelier. What he transmits to his students, you will find on your plates: the love of good food, the priority given to local products, the art of gourmet presentations and the respect of the tastes and desires of customers.
Alain
Former chef, then creator and owner of restaurants, Alain puts all his experience at the service of MAÂ GUINGUETTE. From the good management of the establishment, through the human management of the teams in service to the smallest detail for the customers, he promises you an unforgettable moment that will make you want only one thing: to come back!
Thierry
Coming from the restaurant and hotel industry, like his friends, Thierry will welcome you with his smile and his infectious good humor. He will be able to advise you on the choice of your dishes and drinks, so that you can spend a relaxing time with family or friends. His experience in management and customer service complements the team’s skills to make MAÂ GUINGUETTE a place that has found the best recipes to serve your satisfaction.

Long-time friends, from the same training, Alain, Lionel and Thierry decided in 2024 to pool their experiences, skills and passion for catering to create a place that reflects them.
